Introducing underfloor heating with a difference. Enjoy waking up and stepping out onto cozy flooring every morning, with our hydronic radiant floor heating. All of our floor heating features specially designed pipes to circulate a customized fluid throughout the, keeping your floor (and your feet!) at a constant, comfortable temperature.
These highly flexible, multi-layer pipes are made by securely bonding an inner layer of material to an outer layer of polyethylene of raised temperature resistance (PE-RT). Used in three- or five-layer floor heating pipes, DOWLEX™ 2344 PE-RT Resin builds on the traditional strengths of polyethylene to deliver a little something extra.

DOWFROST™ HD Propylene Glycol-based Heat Transfer Fluid answers the unique challenges of radiant floor heating by helping prevent freeze-up and/or bursting caused by prolonged power loss and exposure to low temperatures, and corrosion, scaling, and sediment that can
- Cause leakage and/or system failure
- Reduce efficiency/restrict flow
- Damage pipes, pumps, and other components
- Increase energy costs
- Decrease service life
At high temperatures with no need for cross-linking.
Even at low temperatures for durable, extremely leak-resistant performance.
For improved flow with reduced pressure loss and deposit/sediment formation.
Corrosion and hard water scaling resistance for added protection of aluminum or EVOH layers.
Plus, existing cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) pipe equipment can be easily converted to produce pipe from DOWLEX™ 2344 PE-RT Resin.
